Athlete Information

Athletic Registration is NOW done on Home Campus.

1. Go to Home Campus Website        Home Campus

2. Click on “For Students & Parents”

3. Click on “California”

4. Create an account (Account owner will receive all reply emails)

5. Go to “Athletic Clearance” and click the blue button “Start Clearance Here”

6. Search “Reedley” and continue completing all required fields

All athletic eligibility requirements below must have been met in order for athletes to partcipate.

Physical Form

• Physical Form COMPLETED AND CLEARED by Physician for Participation (must be on athletic physical form) and uploaded onto Home Campus
• Bills and Fines CLEARED (RHS Finance Office)
• Must have a 2.0 GPA on MOST RECENT progress report (Athletic Department confirms academic eligibility) and have minimum earned credits towards graduation (district policy)
• Student must have medical insurance in order to participate in co-curricular athletic events. In case insurance is needed the following options are available.
