Purpose
The mission of the Student Transition Program is to provide academic, emotional, and social support to all students throughout Kings Canyon Unified School District.
Our goal is to support, connect, and empower students during their transition to and from high school. By providing students with educational equity and increasing access to resources within KCUSD and surrounding communities will lead to student academic and personal fulfillment.
